Aramid fibers were developed in 1965 by the American company DuPont® and are so far the most durable fiber available on the market today. Its greatest advantage is its extremely high strength in relation to low weight.
Compared to glass fibre, aramid fibre has the following advantages:
· greater resistance to wear caused by bending and friction
· greater impact resistance
· more favourable strength-to-weight ratio
· better resistance to water
From aramid fibre fabrics we produce mainly conveyor belts, which work in very difficult conditions.
